Working with public agencies
Mountain Mind Media is a small business registered on SAM.gov and as a State of Alaska vendor, and qualifies for the Alaska bidder preference. Our drone operators are FAA Part 107 certified, we carry general liability insurance, and we fly an NDAA-compliant drone that's fit for the project.

Do you respond to RFPs?
Yes. Send the RFP or scope and your deadline, and we'll tell you quickly whether we're a good fit. We're registered on SAM.gov and as a State of Alaska vendor.
Can you make training or VR video?
Yes. We make how-to, safety and onboarding video, and VR training video for headsets like Meta Quest and Apple Vision Pro.
Can you live stream our event?
Yes, on a smaller scale. We live stream meetings, public hearings and events.
Do you film outside Anchorage?
Yes. We film anywhere in Alaska, from Mat-Su offices to villages reached by small plane. See filming in Alaska for how we plan remote shoots.
